Quiz Funnel is a SaaS service that lets you build interactive quizzes and automatically generate personalized videos via artificial intelligence for each respondent. These GTS define the conditions of subscription, use and billing of the service.

Account creation is reserved for professionals. The customer is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for the activity carried out from their account. Quiz Funnel may suspend an account in the event of fraudulent, illegal use or use contrary to these GTS, after notice.

Each new account benefits from a 14-day free trial, with no credit card, including 10 free videos. At the end of the trial, the account switches to read-only until a subscription is taken out. No automatic billing occurs without an explicit action from the customer.

The current prices are shown on the Pricing page in euros excluding tax. Billing is monthly or yearly (20% discount), by automatic debit via our payment provider Stripe.

Quota overage: beyond the monthly volume of included videos, each additional video is billed at the plan rate (from €0.50 to €0.90 excl. tax), at the end of the period. The customer can set an overage cap from their workspace.

Any price change is notified at least 30 days before it applies and does not apply to periods already paid for.

Monthly subscriptions have no commitment and can be cancelled at any time from the customer area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Annual subscriptions are refundable pro rata during the first 30 days, then firm for the period. When the account is closed, the customer has 30 days to export their data.

The customer retains ownership of their content (quizzes, scripts, media) and of the videos generated for their account. They warrant that they hold the necessary rights and consents, in particular for voice cloning and the use of the image of real persons. It is prohibited to use the service to create misleading or defamatory content, or content imitating a person without their consent (non-consented deepfake).

We aim for high service availability. No service-level agreement (SLA) is guaranteed for standard plans; a dedicated SLA is available on the Enterprise plan. Support is provided by email, with a priority level depending on the subscribed plan.

The processing of data is described in the Privacy policy. For respondent data, Quiz Funnel acts as the customer's processor; a data processing agreement (DPA) is an integral part of the contract.

Quiz Funnel is bound by an obligation of means. Its liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages, and capped at the amount paid by the customer over the last 12 months. Quiz Funnel is not responsible for content created by the customer nor for the commercial results obtained.

These GTS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, exclusive jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Mauritius. Contact: contact@quiz-funnel.app.
