For Respondent data collected through quizzes, the Creator acts as data controller and Quiz Funnel as processor within the meaning of article 28 of the GDPR. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request.

For Creators (customers): name, email, encrypted password, billing data, voice recordings and photos provided to create avatars, technical logs.

For Respondents (quiz visitors): first name, email address, quiz answers, technical data (browser, timestamp). The first name and answers are used exclusively to generate the personalized video and the Creator's statistics.

Provision of the service and video generation (performance of the contract) · billing and accounting (legal obligation) · product improvement and aggregated statistics (legitimate interest) · prospecting and follow-up emails (consent, revocable at any time).

Creating a voice clone or an avatar requires the explicit consent of the person whose voice or image is used. The Creator warrants that they hold this consent. The generated models are used only for the videos of the account concerned and are permanently deleted on request or when the account is closed.

Data is processed by providers selected for their GDPR guarantees:

Application hosting: Vercel — database: Supabase (EU region — Paris) — voice generation: ElevenLabs — video generation: HeyGen — payment: Stripe — transactional emails: Resend.

Where some providers are located outside the EU, transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (SCCs) or an adequacy decision. Some providers (HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Stripe, Resend) are located outside the European Union; these transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Account data: contract duration + 3 years. Respondent data: as long as the Creator keeps it in their workspace, up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies. Generated videos: 30 days. Billing data: 10 years (legal obligation).

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise them: contact@quiz-funnel.app. Respondents may also contact directly the Creator of the quiz they answered. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, data partitioning per organization, restricted and logged access, regular backups. In the event of a data breach likely to create a risk, the CNIL and the persons concerned are notified within the legal deadlines.

Strictly necessary cookies (authentication, session) do not require consent. Audience-measurement cookies are only set after agreement. The site only uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation: a session cookie (“qf_session”, 30-day lifetime) and a language-preference cookie (“NEXT_LOCALE”, 1-year lifetime). No advertising cookies or third-party trackers are set without your consent.
